Moy
Deborah Moy is a Principal of Linneman Associates, LLC, where she is the Managing Editor of our quarterly industry newsletter, The Linneman Letter. She also oversees Linneman Associates, LLC’s strategic consulting projects including investment strategy, portfolio analysis, industry white papers, and market research. In addition, Debbie served as Editor of the 5th edition of Real Estate Finance and Investments: Risks and Opportunities, and she has co-authored several articles published in the Wharton Real Estate Review and the Journal of Corporate Real Estate. Debbie previously worked at Lehman Brothers in its Real Estate Investment Banking Division in New York. Prior to that, she was with Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI) in its Research, Transactions, and Asset Management Groups.
Debbie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. She also holds a Master of Business Administration in finance and real estate from the Wharton School of Business. In addition, as a lifelong learner, Debbie completed the "Artificial Intelligence for Business" course through Wharton Online. She is currently a board member and treasurer of Chinese Service Center-USA, a cultural and education-based non-profit. She is married and resides in Northern New Jersey with her husband, two daughters, and their maltipoo. .
